HOW TO REGISTER

We are using a 4 digit coding system for reunion classes to register for their class events. This will enable class reunions to only see their own class reunion events (plus the three community events we require registrations for). Please read the instructions below carefully and register according to whether you and anyone you are registering for ARE / ARE NOT celebrating a reunion this year.

CELEBRATING A REUNION REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Click on the orange REGISTER button on the top right of this page. (On mobile devices, the orange REGISTER button may appear at the bottom of the screen.)
2. This will take you to the ticket selection page. In the top left in blue text, click on enter promo code. The promo code is your 4-digit ANC graduation year. Typing in this 4 digit code will enable you to view your class reunion specific events (if your class is celebrating a reunion this year) and the community events. The options are:1972, 1982, 1992, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2012.
3. Select and pay for the events you wish to attend. During the registration and checkout process only use ONE email address, even if you are registering multiple people. The tickets will appear in the following order: Your class reunion events, our three community events: the Theta Alpha Luncheon, Bryn Athyn College Alumni and Friends Reception, Drinks and Desserts in the District, and your class gift donation. Please make sure sure you scroll all the way down to the end of the list of tickets to ensure you see everything your class has organized.
4. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an emailed order summary. If you would like your guests to view the events you registered them for, you can forward the emailed order summary to them.

FAQs

I am celebrating a class reunion, and I cannot see any of my class reunion events.  I can only see the general Community Events.  What should I do?

If you can only see the community events, it means you didn't type in your 4-digit ANC graduation year in the Promo Code section. Please follow these steps:

1. Click on the orange REGISTER button in the top right of this page. (On mobile devices, the orange REGISTER button may appear at the bottom of the screen.)

2. This will take you to the ticket selection page. In the top-left in blue text, click on enter promo code. The promo code is your 4-digit ANC graduation year. Typing in this 4 digit code will enable you to view your class reunion-specific events (if your class is celebrating this year) and community events. The options are: 1972, 1982, 1992, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2012.

3. Select and pay for the events you wish to attend. Do I, or any of my guests, need to set up an Eventbrite account or password?

No, you don't. Eventbrite is hoping you will organize an event and use their website to sell tickets.

Do I need to print the tickets and bring them to the events I am attending?

No, you don't.  There will be a master list at the door for all registered attendees for all of the events.  

I am still having trouble registering online for Charter Day; what should I do?

Alumni have played a significant role for both the ANC Secondary Schools and Bryn Athyn College for generations -cheering on our athletes, celebrating our students’ academic achievements, and shaping the institutions’ very natures. Charter Day 2022 is an opportunity to honor our past, highlight our present and look to our bright future of providing a New Church education for upcoming generations.
